Vienne's Closet is committed to giving you complete and accuarte product information to the best of our knowledge, however, we cannot always be absolutely accurate and up to date with every detail.  We endeavour to update this site with current changes and out of stock items as often as possible, and will always try to keep our customers informed to the best of our ability.

All prices in our store are in Australian dollars, and we do our best to keep our prices low to better service our customers.  We do reserve the right to change our prices without notice.

Vienne's Closet uses Australia Post delivery service.  This service is very reliable, however, Vienne's Closet cannot take responsibility for items lost, delayed or damaged in the postal system.

Our payment system is extremely secure, and every precaution is in place to ensure complete customer security.  Vienne's Closet cannot take responsibility for loss or damage caused by use of a stolen credit card.  Paypal has measures to deal with these issues, and we recommend that you contact Paypal regarding these rare issues, should they arise.  Vienne's Closet would not enter into any transaction which is known to be suspicious.

All refunds are ultimately up to our own discretion and we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the goods are not returned within our guidelines.
