HOW IS PAYMENT MADE?  

Payment can be made by either using your credit card or your Paypal Account through Paypal.  We take every reasonable care to ensure that your order and transactions are conducted in a secure environment.  If you prefer not to use the online ordering process, we also accept direct deposit.  Please email admin@viennescloset.com.au for account details in which you can pay via direct deposit.

CAN I SEND MY PURCHASE AS A GIFT TO AN ALTERNATE ADDRESS?

YES.  We offer complimentary gift cards and wrapping. During the checkout process, there is a 'special instructions' section when completing details about shipping.  This section allows you to write comments or instructions for your purchase.  If sending a gift,  please include the name, address and a special message to the person for which you want your purchase to be sent. 

IF I AM NOT HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE, CAN I GET A REFUND?

If for some reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, it can be returned for a refund when contact is made within 2 weeks of your order.  We hope that you are fully satisfied with your purchase and we will do our best to ensure this, however, refunds are always at our discretion.

Returned items must be unused and in the same condition and packaging that they were sent in, with labels and tags attached.  Your payment will be refunded in full upon receipt of goods, minus the postage cost.  Return postage is also at your expense.

AND EXCHANGES?

Exchanges will be handled in the same way as refunds. I am happy to exchange a garment if it is the wrong size (pending of course on availablity of the right size) and if the goods are returned in the same condition and packaging they were sent in and within the specified timeframe.
